SUBURBAN CLASSIC

SUBURBAN CLASSIC is an ongoing project that highlights the beauty of the suburban areas outside New York City through a variety of mediums.

SUBURBAN CLASSIC MAGAZINE

SUBURBAN CLASSIC magazine was a long overdue tribute to the suburbs outside of New York City.
The suburbia that we featured encompassed three states and five million people, including some of the most unique families and communities in the country. Our focus was on suburban life in this special corner of the world.

The magazine celebrated some of the most beautiful towns and villages in the United States. Every issue brought a different look and a new perspective on the homes, towns, and families in those places. We gave readers an intimate look into the lives of accomplished builders, writers, architects, and business leaders. We wrote stories of their successes, their lifestyles, the families that they loved, the dwellings they called home, and the many toys that they collected. SUBURBAN CLASSIC magazine also highlighted the accomplishment of high school and college athletes in the area, also exploring the journey that brought them to the winners table. Every issue focused on a new leader in lacrosse, basketball, squash, tennis, and golf.
In short, we gave our readers the best of the best, presented to them in the most beautiful and unique manner.

The Exumas: Islands of the Bahamas

Exuma and the Exuma Cays are an underdeveloped region of the Bahamas that consists of 365 islands or cays. This necklace-likechain of beautiful little islands stretches out over 120 miles. This part of the Bahamas is divided into three major areas; Great Exuma, Little Exuma and the Exuma Cays. There are only about 3,500 residents who live on the two main islands, Great Exuma and Little Exuma. Although there is some development on the two main islands including a few hotels and resorts and a small shopping district, these islands are still largely uninhabited. However, once you sail away from the two main islands and explore Exuma Cays you will see first hand, why many boaters, fishermen, snorkelers and hikers have long considered the Exumas to be the most beautiful place on earth. Hopefully the photographs in this book will inspire you to visit one day!
