1. COLLEGE ADMISSION PROGRAM
For the past twenty years I have helped good students, who are often overlooked by admissions offices, get into top universities. These students may lack the high percentile ratings most often desired in the most competitive Universities, but by finding a quality in them that is unique, many students I have assisted, have been admitted to their “reach” schools.
It is not cheap, nor is the undertaking easy. The commitment lasts until admissions occur. The cost for this service is $75,000, which is a lot less expensive than having your child attend a safety school, which offers limited upside upon graduation.
2. LIVING ART
For the lucky billionaire, who loves gardens, and is looking for something amazing, my staff and I will create a garden oasis on your property. This will include an Olympic swimming pool sized Koi pond, with state of the art filtration, that would allow a family to swim with their prized fish.
Your property will also be designed with a butterfly garden, a bird sanctuary, a fenced turtle garden, and an extensive English garden that will bloom continuously from April through October in Northeast locations. Starting price for 3-5 acres is $2,500,000.

4. GUEST SPEAKING APPEARANCES

He also sold advertisements to support his magazine SUBURBAN CLASSIC by direct solicitation to businesses in his target area. To enhance his lacrosse business TOPSHOTT SPORTS, he shot and distributed his own film titled WARRIOR LACROSSE.
He is singularly and uniquely qualified to teach, advise and give guidance in the art of selling any product. His speeches are inspiring and valuable to young entrepreneurs as well as seasoned veterans of sales practices. His approach vitalizes sales groups or singular self starters. 5. PORTRAITS
I have worked as a portrait photographer for over 20 years. If you engage my services, upon your payment for said services, you will receive both printed copies of images and two separate disks. One disk will contain all acceptable images. The other disk will contain every single image taken during the shoot. This is a self-verification that you are in receipt of all images taken during the shoot.
In my judgment, the photos that you will receive will be the best and highest quality photos that have ever been taken of you or of your family.
Quantitatively, you will receive an assortment of instant Polaroid photos, black and white film photos, lomography photos, and color photos taken with both digital cameras as well as classic film cameras.
You will be both astonished as well as delighted at the collection of superb images that you will receive after the completion of the shoot and the processing.
Unlike many of my competitors, you will have complete control of all images for your current and future use. You may choose to have me process your images or use other processing services. My intent here is to inform and guarantee that you will be in complete charge and possessions of all your images and there will never be any attempt by me to control your images or access to them.
The fee for my one day shoot will be $3500. An additional fee will be charged for any production of images into photos, at standard production costs.
6. WEDDINGS
While I do not actively solicit nor do I financially depend or engagements as a wedding photographer, for some reason I receive an obscene number of requests to shoot weddings.
So for a $25,000 fee I will send two of my assistants to capture beautiful images of your wedding day.
But if you wish to engage the best, my fee will be $1,000,000. And within 90 days of the event, you will receive a sixty minute wedding film I will personally shoot on 16MM or Super 8MM film. It will be startling in clarity and rich in long forgotten colored hues. It will be of the same quality as the best motion pictures of our times. In other words, it will be magnificent.
In addition to this keepsake film, you will also receive a stunning selection of 2000-5000 photographs shot by me or a handpicked member of my staff. Finally, you will receive one dozen hard cover coffee style wedding remembrance books commemorating the event, for distribution to the family and the wedding party.
